Most of the methods of making Mabinogi Gold that work well depend on your class, your experience level and how much gold you have to begin with. The leather made can then be sold for quite a bit as they are required in other professions like tailoring to make high-level items.
There are other places within the Outlands to find primal life but the real "hot spot" is in Zangarmarsh. My favorite spot is The Dead Mire located on the right-hand side of your map (co-ordinates 79-42) but they can also be found around the Spawning Glen.
There are also heaps of newer places to catch fish and more recipes to cook. If you can manage to be your realms food provider, you will be able to buy anything you want in no time.
WoW Gold can also be made by leveling - there are heaps of new quests and you can simply sell the items you get that you don't need. BoE (Bind on Equip) items can either be disenchanted or sold in the Auction House for quick profit.
With the new Death Knight class, items dropped in the new realm can be sold for a lot of gold to those Death Knights who are yet to hit level 80. Enjoy World of Warcraft and enjoy your life!
